Greetings From Faversham Christmas Tree Decoration
"Christmas Greetings from Faversham"
This design is inspired by the 'greetings from...' postcards of the 50's and celebrates everything faversham whilst being a little bit retro kitsch!
The design features a few of my hometown's landmarks drawn within the letters:
F is the marketplace hall,
A is Creek Creative
V is West Street
E is a spoonbill out on the Oare Marshes
R is the Shepherd Neame brewery
S is St Mary's church
H and A are Standard Quay and the creek
and M is the gorgeous grounds of Mount Ephraim Gardens
There's also hops, because it's Faversham and there has to be hops!⠀
My design has been printed on to a 0.7mm thick aluminium disc with a white chromlux finish and hand finished with some bright red grosgrain ribbon.
Christmas decoration is 73 mm in diameter.
