Shipping

Fawn and Thistle is based in England, where all of our orders are shipped from. Order will be dispatched Monday through to Friday, except for UK public holidays.

We aim to get your orders sent out to you as quickly as possible, with all orders sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post, (unless upgraded at checkout) though custom orders will typically take longer.

Shipping costs will be calculated upon check out and determined by the amount and type of products in your cart. Costs are based on the guidelines set out by Royal Mail.

Packaging is included in shipping costs.

UK Mainland 2nd Class (3 - 5 working days)

Standard shipping - £0.95

1st Class - £1.50

1st Class Signed for - £ 3.75

International deliveries:

We ship worldwide, with costs and delivery times varying by country. For international orders we use Royal Mail's standard air mail delivery service. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon your country's postal service and customs processing.

You may be charged a fee by your local customs office. You can check this with your country’s customs office.

 

Returns

We hope you love you're order, however, if you're not completely happy with your please contact us to arrange a return at: fawnandthistle@mail.com.

You're request for a return and the unwanted products must be sent within 14 working days of your order, with the products returned unused and in their original condition with packaging.

We will issue a full refund upon receiving your purchase (minus the original postage cost) or, alternatively, we are happy to do an exchange.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a tracked method; lost returns cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately we cannot refund personalised items.

Lost Orders

Though uncommon, items do occasionally get lost in the post, usually at busy times of year such as Christmas.

If you think your order may be lost and have already checked with your local sorting office, then please get in touch with us and we will look in to it for you.
