Events Booking Policy

Terms & Conditions

  • Your space on one of our courses, workshops, talks or events is only guaranteed once we have received full payment. We do not accept deposits or part payments.

  • If an event is sold out and you would like to be added to the waiting list, please let us know.

  • In the event that we have to cancel an event, we aim to inform you at least 2 working days before the start and you will receive a full refund.

  • If you wish to cancel your place at an event you must contact us 5 full days before the start. You will receive a refund minus an admin fee (10% of the fee or £5, whichever is greater).

  • If there are less than 5 days before the start of the event or the event has already started, we will not be able to refund you or transfer your ticket. This is due to the fact that the facilitator will have decided to go ahead based on the number of tickets sold and will have already purchased materials. If the event has a waiting list and we are able to resell your ticket, we may be able to issue you with a refund minus an admin fee (10% of the fee or £5, whichever is greater) but this is at our discretion.

  • We will always endeavour to accommodate your individual needs. Please contact us if there is anything you would like to discuss with us before attending.

  • If there is anything which you think may affect your experience please let us know so we can make arrangements to ensure you get the most out of the event.

  • In the case of Linocut workshops, you acknowledge that you will be working with linocut tools and the responsibility that comes with using such tools.
